Please contact us for returns or exchanges within 7 days of receiving your order. We do not accept items that are worn, washed, or altered. Waist shapers and Fitness wear must be unworn and in the same packaging for us to exchange or give you a refund. We will only exchange shapewear or butt lifters if the item is unworn and the same packaging. When returning an item, we recommend using a traceable service such as USPS flat rate shipping. We are not responsible for any lost/stolen packages.
